This is a nice park but a bit out of town. It was designed as an "own your space" park, but doesn't look like it took off too well. Nice spaces, pool area, bowling ally and small restaurant .

There are very few RV Parks close to the French Quarter, and in our opinion this would be the best of them, with just a short 10 minute drive to town. We stayed here for 5 nights in a 40 ft DP. Using Passport America the rate was quite reasonable. Their Award Wining BBQ was outstanding! These were the good things. Now for the not so good.... Getting there is a bit confusing and they have NO SIGNAGE to lead you along. The roadway is through an industrial area along the waterway, and using the word "road" is generous! One pot hole after the other! The online photos do not show you the boat storage/ repair dock along one side of the park, the photos show instead nice floating rental houses. HA! When we were led to our space I indicated that I'd prefer a different location and would be willing to pay extra. The young man called the office to inquire and shortly thereafter this grumpy Manager guy walked up and said " if we didn't want that space we could have our money back and leave"! Then they told us that there we no other spaces available. Since it was a Holiday weekend, we decided to accept the space assigned and go about having a good time. As it happened, the park never did fill up and we could have been placed elsewhere and the park would have gotten a few more $'s out of us, Oh well!! I don't think their attitude had anything to do with our being gay/lesbian, just not your usual Southern welcoming style. That said, I would stay here again but only at the reduced Passport America rates!

Location to the Mesa Verde Park is closest. Park staff very friendly. We stayed in a large pull through site which was very level, compacted gravel. No shade trees in our location but some in the lower section of the Park. Nice pool, spa area.

Just spent 4 nights here while we explored Yellowstone. Park is very nice, well maintained with clean bathroom/shower facilities. A few short blocks to shopping, restaurants, etc. Great overall location!

If you're planing a trip to DC, this is the park you want. There is a City Bus pick-up station at the Park which will take you to the Metro for easy access into DC. Great fenced in dog park and the park offers Dog Sitting Services for $25/day average. This was especially helpfull for us as we travel with 2 small dogs and being gone all day into DC, this gave us piece of mind. Dog sitter picks up RV key at office and came by twice a day to walk dogs, refill water/feed, and play with them. This is a very large spread out park and if you don't tow they have golf carts you can rent. Nice on site cafe/ice cream parlour and large Laundry facilities. Would stay there again!

This is truly a 5 Star Park and the best one we've stayed at during all our cross country trips!! A short drive to Zion National Park, with quaint little towns in between. We stayed there in 2011 for 3 nights and will return again July 2012 for 4 nights. They also have small cabins to rent for your extended family/friends joining you. Lots of grass and play ground area for kids to play. 2 nice fenced in dog areas. Beautiful pool & spa. Virgin River trickles along behind the park. GREAT PARK!!

Stayed there in 2011 for 2 nights and will be there again in July 2012 for 3 nights. Great location. Trees & Shade. Fenced Dog area, dirt no grass.

We stayed there last year before the pool was put in. Newer owners are very friendly. Nice fenced in Dog area. We stayed one night traveling through the area.

If you are traveling with dogs - DO NOT stay here. Their "dog area" is nothing more than cactus, broken glass and ants. The pool is a joke. No trees or shade. Great views of the Arch's. Bottom line, we checked in, set-up, walked the dogs and as fast as we could find a more suitable place near by we were out of there! Would not go back or recommend.

Aaron has taken care of everything RV for us over the past couple of years. He is the BEST!!! He comes right to our house when something needs done, but he would just as easily go to the storage yard or take your rig back to his shop. He is HONEST! He's reasonable! and he's been able to squeeze us in when theres an emergency like we're leaving the next day and the Jack's just quit working! I've recommended Aaron to several other RV owners and they couldn't be happier.
