Skip the front RV park (closest to hwy 93) in favor of the one in the far, far back of the casino area. Both owned by same casino.
We pulled in here after a LONG drive from California/Nevada border(I-80). Kind of neat we were able to pull in 2 rigs (45 foot and 40 foot) into one extra long double site with utilities for each of us. Nice clean site. Well cared for lawns (they heavily water at night so bring what you want to be dry in the next morning and dry off your rig due to rather hard water gathering up some pretty nasty mineral spots if not toweled off)
Not much around here in my world besides, the casino's. Buffet here was over the top yummy (bears know great buffets) and priced fairly for what was offered to graze on. 10 of us hit it on a Saturday night, so it was sea foods and everything else!
The area is good for over night stops only? Can't see this area as a destination in anyones plan (am I missing something around here)? Maybe close by Idaho folks who have a hankering for throwing money at the tables or slots for a weekend.
Enjoy and understand Jackpot, Nevada is NOT a true, jackpot! It's an over night stay on ones way to wonderful Idaho parks or farther Northwest travels like Yellowstone and of course back in my world.
