They maybe be pricing themselves out of business. We stayed here once in 2008 and once in 2009. Both times the rate was $40.00 per night. The layout of this park has got to be one of the best my partner and I have ever stayed. Every river front site has an awesome view. Sitting under your awning watching the river flow by without seeing the RV parked to your left and the one parked to your right is set more towards the rear of your rv then right next to your awning is pretty nice.
