New owners were very friendly, I would like to see the quiet time enforced and the price is a little high. It was a very diverse crowd from young to old. Bear to Twinks. Dragqueens and Regular guy nextdoor types. I found it to be clean and very friendly. I got the rv in divorce and last summer was great. Went December and things are bad with new owners. Seemed like a drag camp. No longer a place for regular guys. Bath house was filthy for first time and never cleaned the entire week end. One of new owners was having sex in hot tub but there was a sign stating that hot tub closed. He got rude when questioned.
