Refugio State Beach is a unique State Beach surrounded by its beautiful sculpted large palm trees which adds to it cozy ambiance. The Park is located 20 miles north of Santa Barbara off the 101 fwy and Refugio Exits. This park does have bathrooms with showers for those of you that don't have a self contained unit.
Refugio State Beach offers excellent coastal fishing as well as trails and picnic sites. Palm trees planted near Refugio Creek give a distinctive look to the beach and camping area.

Refugio State Beach as well as most to the California State Beach Parks are very reasonably priced at $25 per night and thats a bargain for an Ocean View front. The drawback is the max length for an RV they allow is 30ft and max length for a Travel Trailer is 27ft; sorry big rig people.
