The Desert Sanctuary is rich in history and was the site of the Sri Ashram in the 1960's co-founded by LSD advocate and Harvard Professor Timothy Leary. The property has been restored and amenities include an Olympic Pool, Games Room with Pool and Card Table, Hot Tub, Outdoor Showers (hot/Cold water), Dining Hall and hiking trails. The property accommodates guests in Full Hook-Up RV sites (30/50 amp service, water and septic), tenting and quaint cottages sleeping from 2 to 7. Property is available for private events such as non-profit groups, Corporate retreats and group gatherings such as weddings and family reunions.
