Our park was built and opened in 2008 on land owned by the Justin family since 1930's. Borrowing on experience garnered from the construction of Desert Trails RV Park (which we formerly owned) a new park was developed from raw desert land with spacious lots which are the largest sites in Arizona within the private sector..Our 128 40' ultra-wide sites can accommodate the largest of RV's on the road. All sites have full hookups located in the left rear of the site as dictated by local building codes. The interior roads are paved according the the same code as dictated by the AZ DOT and the sites are gravel. Our guests enjoy a quiet stay free from city lights, highway traffic noise, rail and most airplane disturbances ( we can't shut down the occasional daytime USAF flyover).

We, "Doc" and Christine Justin, as your hosts, welcome you to share in the pleasure of camping aside 40,000 acres of desert. We offer hiking and biking trails originating from our location, birding, spectacular sunsets and the occasional sighting of desert wildlife. Make us your home away from home to enjoy the many and varied features and activities that Tucson, AZ has to offer. Nesting snowbirds as well as those simply flying by are welcomed to share in the camaraderie that only RVer's know.
