One of the nicest, if not the nicest of California Delta RV parks around. Clean 50/30 Amp power, water and sewer. The owners are rather green as they have a windmill to sell power back to PG&E! (yes it can get quite windy here) The entire park is done in "hand" laid bricks and the sites are the largest I've ever seen. You could park you tow right next to your rig and still have room to entertain in with all slide-outs open! Trees are small as this is a newer RV park. So no shade.

Okay now for the biggest downfall. The road getting here is rough and narrow at best for 2 miles. But if taken at speed limit (25MPH) it is very doable and safe. The other downfall is the turn-off, off HWY 160 comes fast and is tight. But once you done it once it not a big deal. Frightened yet? No need to be. I had to tell you about this, that's all. Once at the park you will find the owner Gale very nice and very gay friendly (I broke her in 3 years ago) It is a great place to hang out and relax... But bring all your needs with ya, Rio vista is 15 minutes away for ice!

The sites are easy on the pocket book for what you get. $35 buck a night. You can also rent a separate cool tent site complete with lighting, LPG heater, wicker furniture, 8 foot table and 6 chairs, fire pit and BB-Q for an extra 35 clams. Dividing it up with others and it is really cheap extra fun shelter. Bring your own LPG tank as it's 25 bucks for one of theirs (still fair). If winter camping (our fave time to visit this park) understand the LPG heater drinks LPG at an alarming rate (like a drunken sailor), however will worth the cost. Somehow playing games while mother nature is misbehaving outdoors all cosy and warm, while playing games makes this tent an outstanding value in my world.

For the boating crowd a launch ramp is down the road.

A true hidden jewel in the California delta. I had reservations even listing it. We'd like to keep this place all to ourselves, I'm sure you understand my reservations. But really give this place a try.

WARNING: KEEP YOUR DOGS ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES! The owner can and will get rather testy (understatement) about off leash dogs!

Enjoy
