Far Horizons 49er Village RV Resort located in the Sierra Foothills of Amador County! We are conveniently located close to more than 35 award-winning wineries and  Amador Flower Farm in the Shenandoah Valley -- less than 10 minutes away. If you drive a little farther down the road you can enjoy the wineries of El Dorado County. Amador County is a wonderful place to visit for a close-up look into California's historic gold era in the towns: Fiddletown, Plymouth, Dry Town, Amador City, Sutter Creek and Jackson. You can even visit a working gold mine and go for a below-ground tour in Sutter Creek

49er Village RV resort boast reasonable RV site rates ranging from $38-$46 depending on season.  The Park has beautiful greenbelts which line every RV site.  Come join in on the fun and meet new friends when Rainbow RV holds an event there sometime in April.

Been staying here for 30 years. The staff is VERY gay friendly (tell Ginger or Sue Gordo sent ya). Great RV park for doing wine tours and checking out the old towns nearby. A tow car is a must as public transportation is poor (sucks) in the area. Go for the pond sites (282-300) but these will cost more. Really worth the extra green backs.
Enjoy
