The owners are exceptionally friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Has an amazing playroom with a sling in it.
Video room is atypical of an x rated viewing place.
A mix of different types. If you're looking for the 18 year old twink this place is not for you. ( am thankful they are not there).
Was a day tripper. Am considering spending the winter there in my RV.
