Review Detail

Recommendation is due to the fact that it is the only campground within walking distance of PTown. Bathrooms are generally clean. PAY showers. The park itself is in a very pleasant setting. Pet friendly. Water and electric only and electricity barely reads 100v on our meter. Generally, very pricy. Additional car, $15 extra charge per night. Very complicated price schedule. In over 15 years we have never heard the words "Thank you for your business" and on one occasion when we brought to the staff attention that they had UNDERcharged us by several nights, the response was, "Oh, yes, that'll be two hundred and ...dollars", never a word of "thanks for being honest". They have raised their seasonal rates so that several seasonal campers of many years have pulled out. They are all about money. NO WiFi and they vow they'll "never have it". They can deliver minimal congeniality and service due to their ideal location.
