Very close to Ptown yet a quiet retreat amongst friendly gay/straight campers of all types. Very expensive (location, location, location) and generally clean and attractive with few amenities. Mandatory trash separation/recycle policy is confusing. bathrooms need work- floors always inch deep in water outside of PAY showers-- no mats. Friendly and accommodating staff.. although sometimes felt like we were their at the pleasure (sternly worded rules, signage, pricing structure, stark guard house (manned)...) Quit a few seasonal sites that seemed sequestered and a bit to themselves. Smallish sites with some nice trees for privacy and a little shade. We will almost certainly be returning.
