Coastal Acres has been under new ownership for two or three years, and the current owners have invested and continue to invest in upgrades. The showers were older in 2019, but they were very clean. The staff were all very friendly. After visiting Ptown regularly since the 1980's, this was our first stay at Coastal Acres, and it was a pleasure. Regardless of where you stay in Ptown, a bike is very handy. There is bike rental very close to Coastal Acres, which I am sure is fine. My personal recommendation for bike rental is Ptown Bikes.
