Woman only Resort Living not a rv campground this is modular home vacation park

Although many of our residents purchase their homes for year-round use, some owners have placed their home on a rental list for your enjoyment.  You can rent one of these beautiful homes for a relaxing vacation any time of year. Independent rental companies run by our resident women offer a variety of rental homes and RV sites to satisfy your vacation plans and your budget.

All of the homes come equipped with local telephone and cable TV.  They are fully furnished including linens, cooking utensils, dishes and flatware.  Housekeeping is provided prior to each occupancy.

While the lots are privately owned, there are some lots that are rented out to campers, as well as manufactured homes that can be rented. We only stayed for a weekend, but would love to come back and stay longer. Warning: no units over 10 yrs old allowed, and you MUST be self sufficient. No bathhouses or showers, except for by the pool and in the clubhouse. Lots of activities, large library, extremely friendly people.
Very well planned and maintained. Gated community.
