Come experience the comfort at the Lava Hot Springs KOA. We offer various newly renovated R.V. sites, tent sites, and cabin lodging, many of which are located along the river. Our KOA provides clean shower facilities, laundromat, a pavilion* with an outdoor kitchen, a playground, horseshoe pits, volleyball, tether-ball, gift shop/convenience store, fire pits, fishing and wi-fi. Fire wood is for sale at the campground and fishing licenses are sold at our local Sunnyside gas station.
Downtown Lava Hot Springs is only a short walk away from the KOA campground, where you'll find the beautiful world famous natural hot springs, and Olympic-sized swimming pool/water park. Prices and hours can be found on their website, www.lavahotsprings.com Floating the natural Portneuf River is a very popular adventure. Discounted tube rentals are available at check-in or anytime during your stay. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
