Each lot is individually designed, ranging in size from 1200 sq. ft. to 4000 sq. ft. Each site has a different landscape and a different combination of amenities. Stainless steel BBQ's, carved wooden benches, palapa bars, and gazebos, are some of the unique options. Standard features on all lots include garden and patio area, telephone connection, WIFI Internet, water, sewer, electric hook-ups and garbage collection. Pads are concrete, with the second pad of asphalt for parking a car.
