We are the closest RV resort to Sea World. In fact, on a quiet day, you can hear the seals barking! Our guests also appreciate the free shuttle service to Sea World. This shuttle service is available to our registered guests. The schedule and sign-up sheet are in the office.
We offer: Junior Olympic Size HEATED Swimming Pool, Sparkling Bathrooms, Playground, Exercise Room, Basketball, Gift Shop, RV Supplies, Business Center, Internet ( $ ), Two Pet Playgrounds, and Air conditioned Full Laundry Facilities with a book exchange and TV.
Our guests will also appreciate the free shuttle service, for registered guests only (during scheduled operating hours) to Sea World only (sign up in the front office).

Reservations are required to provide all campers with a designated campsite and adequate space to enjoy their visit. Reservations require a $25.00 Deposit for a tent site, $35.00 for an RV site, $65.00 for a Small Cabin rentals, $100.00 for a Large Cabin rentals, $100.00 for the Apartment rental, and $200.00 for the House rental. The deposit will be deducted from your camping fees upon arrival.
Most event activities and amenities are FREE with the price of admission to the ranch. If an activity will be charged Admission, it will be advertised. Cabin Rentals are available!

Located in the beautiful mountains of West Texas, Alpine is the headquarters for the Big Bend National Park. Near by are the Davis Mountains, historical Ft. Davis, the McDonald Observatory, the Marfa Mystery Lights (seen on the TV show Unsolved Mysteries), and spectacular wildlife viewing! Alpine is also the home of Sul Ross University where the museum of Big Bend is located. The climate is mild year round and a perfect place to visit all year long. Enter a world of wide open spaces where the sites are all Big Rig sites, over 90 feet long and 35 feet wide. Summer of 2006, a new swimming pool and splash pad were installed. In 2007, we added deluxe tenting areas with shelters and a fenced playground. Their 4500 ft. altitude allows all to enjoy pleasant summer days and cool summer nights with little humidity.
