Wagner RV Repair Indio

We were having electrical connection problems while driving to Borrego Springs. Since we were near Indio I called Wagner RV Service and spoke to Stan. Got directions and went to their shop. Stan immediately stopped what he was doing and researched the issue and was able to make a fix on the spot; he did not charge me so I left a $20.00 in appreciation. They have a lot of units being serviced and their shop appears very well equipped. I recommend Stan and Wagners.

Read the reviews hear and noticed that they were 90% good. Knowing Rv s are a odd animal, especially when the years get up there, needed a new a/c- , he had a number in stock all cheaper than anything that I could find after a copious search- and I really know how to find deals. So I picked the best unit and they did the install in less than an hour and that was with cutting a larger hole and new housing and all. I thought they half assed it so I jumped up to check and it was rock solid and they even calk and foamed it.
Bottom line Wagner wants to do business with the club and is willing to go above and beyond to get and serve us well, and thats what he told me directly

I cannot speak to other people's experiences but I found Wagner RV Repair truly excellent. My Mercedes RV broke one of its Stabilizer Jacks on a miserable hot summer day. I called nearly a dozen RV repair companies in the Coachella Valley - none of which would drive to my on-site desert location or help me - only Dave took the assignment. I emailed him photos of the broken part. He immediately spoke with the manufacturer in Elkhart Indiana and agreed to do the repair work under their warranty contract.

The replacement part was promptly over-nighted to me in Rancho Mirage. Dave telephoned me several times that evening updating me on the status of the order and availability of his field technicians, both of which showed-up to my disabled RV the next morning - just 30 minutes after my overnight replacement part had arrived. The repair was effected in 45 minutes, no money exchanged hands and I was on my way. I've used many local RV service companies around the country with varying degrees of poor service, lip service and high service charge. That DOES NOT describe Dave Wagner, Exceeding high expectations, he was professionally competent, communicative, imminently fair and far and above the best RV service I found in this area.

Wagner RV was able to rebuild our 18 year old Dometic refrigerator. This was a hard call because all the advice pointed to just replacing the refrig with a house type and update our inverter system. I wanted to keep the project under a grand so I opted to have him rebuild the old unit. Wagner repair men came to our bus barn to do the repair and returned back two days later to fix a minor error related to the temperature control. the total repair was under his original estimate. I believe he is truly interested in working for club members. The owner Dave intends to sponsor some club events
