Berkeley Pit is an engineering marvel, the largest truck-operated open-pit copper mine in America. Mansions of old-time mining barons cluster in Butte neighborhoods. After sightseeing, lace up hiking boots or maybe golf shoes-Jack Nicklaus designed Anaconda's Old Works Golf Course. Fish in streams running near your campsite or stroll a trail. Just five minutes from Yellowstone's west entrance at West Yellowstone, Montana (the most popular and convenient entry point), you'll find a pine-shaded site that is the perfect base camp for exploring the world's first national park. Old Faithful puts on its steamy regular-as-clockwork show just 30 miles east. Have a tour bus pick you up at KOA's office for a ride to the park. Or take the wheel yourself to tour Yellowstone's driving loops. The area offers horseback riding, world-class fly-fishing, whitewater rafting, a nightly Old West Rodeo and hiking/biking trails that begin at the KOA. Return for a soak in the indoor pool and hot tub housed in a classic Montana log building. Fuel up with a latte and pancakes every summer morning and barbecue each evening. Conveniently located in Dillon, MT, Southside RV Park is a great place to call home while exploring all the attractions Southwest Montana's Gold West country has to offer. With our large, shaded sites, quiet environment, meticulously maintained facilities, and beautiful Blacktail Creek running right through the park, the pride we take in our home shines through. Located just 9 blocks from the center of Dillon, we're convenient to everything. Yet our secluded location provides peaceful solitude.

Each of our sites are landscaped with a grassy area and decorative rock around the site connections. Each site has a paved patio with a picnic table. All sites are full hook-up with 30-50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV. All of our sites are approximately 35 feet wide allowing plenty of room for slide-outs and awnings over the large patios and picnic tables. In our Premium sites we offer 100 amp electric service in two 50 amp outlets as well as a 30 amp outlet. The Premium sites are 80 feet long and have a cement sidewalk to access the picnic table area, accommodating the largest RVs. Our pull thru-sites are 70 feet long with full hook-ups. Our 45-foot deep back-in sites back up to the Gallatin National Forest.

Each of our tent sites has a charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table. The tent sites are located close to our Clubhouse for access to the restroom and showers and outdoor kitchen sinks.
