The 10 acre resort is located alongside the Nashwaak River amongst the the tall birch, maple and pine trees in a beautiful secluded setting. The owners of Rivers Edge Campground, Ken Burroughs and Bill Mitchell are a married gay couple who relocated to the Fredericton, New Brunswick area from Ottawa, Ontario. Ken originally from BC moved from Ottawa three years ago. Bill originally from Manitoba lived 21 years in Nova Scotia, moved to BC, and Ottawa before settling back in the Maritimes. Both have travelled extensively throughout North America by RV. As experienced RV'ers they know first hand what RV'ers/Campers expect during their stay at a campground facitility.
