The Franklin County RV Park in Pasco, Washington was opened to the public in 2004. It is a premiere destination for both full time stays and overnighters. The Franklin County RV Park offers full amenities including high tech wireless internet. The RV Park is nestled behind the TRAC Facility far enough from the freeway to avoid the noise, yet still offers quick access. Local businesses cater to your needs and many are within walking distance. A bicycle trail right outside TRAC can take you on a 25 mile round trip tour of the Tri-Cities. The three rivers in the area, Columbia, Snake and Yakima offer many water sports as do the 10 golf courses and driving ranges in the area. The Columbia Basin is home to many renowned wineries as well and tours occur frequently

Dave and I (Missy) have lived in the Tri-Cities for over 24 years. The Tri-Cities has been a great place to live while raising our family of five children. Three of the five still reside with us. Some of our fondest memories as a family have been traveling in our RV either to visit family and friends or to discover new places.
Building and working in an RV Resort is a perfect fit for our family. It is a great place to teach our children a work ethic in a family business; and what a perfect opportunity for them to learn to gain an appreciation for people from all walks of life.
It is our goal to make our Resort a beautiful place that will enhance our community. It is our desire to make our guest feel at home in friendly atmosphere while they explore the variety of events and variety of scenic beauty our area has to offer.
